Why, we wondered, if we served people healthy, high vibe food, do they still go back and eat poorly, when left to their own? Classes, recipes, encouragement all came from us, from without, but often did little to change what was within. We were giving people fish, teaching them to fish, so to speak, but left to their own, they still would eat what they were trying not to.
Which begs the question, can a person's behavior be changed from the outside in? Or is it an inside job, this idea of changing or influencing perceptions, thought patterns, feelings...vibration.
What influences vibration or feeling? Well, everything, but it starts with thoughts, extends to words, and results in actions that validate or reinforce the feelings or vibration.
For example, from environmental reinforcement in my home life, observing my parents, relatives, and siblings, I "learn" that:
"IT'S HARD TO EAT GOOD."
I will repeat that to myself, consciously or unconsciously and as I grow up, I will observe the others in my environment who are silently intoning that mantra, people who I am learning how to act and survive from, people who "struggle" to eat good, healthy foods.
I may observe that the people in my environment are overweight, which reinforces that poor food choices, because "it's hard to eat good," result in health consequences. I may imagine myself getting overweight, even before it happens. Unconsciously, I know have an expectation. Expectation, it's said, is the Mother of Creation.
I will repeat that and see it reinforced, and as I grow, I will "struggle" to eat good foods, and perhaps cycle between eating good (because it's a struggle, I've "learned") and eating BAD (whatever that means) which can and will result in me yo-yo-ing between cycles of GOOD eating and BAD eating, and the chemical soup within me of feeling GOOD when I eat GOOD and feeling BAD when I eat BAD will addict me to not only the foods that are BAD but also the chemistry in my system that churns when the pain of guilt and remorse following the BAD eating triggers pleasure / pain or reward and punishment. The pain cycles will trigger endorphins, which are addictive. I must be careful!
"Guilt" or reflective remorse requires a punishment, punishment causes pain and my "learned" behavior changes my vibration...
Forever, right?
Maybe not.
These soft-coded behaviors, scientifically, are erasable, but how to do it? How to do it permanently?
Vibration, feeling, etc. are physical manifestations within the body which create a measurable frequency in hertz.
Thoughts like, "I feel terrible," "I'm afraid I'm going to eat BAD again today," "I'm fat," etc. all result in a measurable bodily frequency in hertz.
Someone who is laughing has a higher vibration or measurable frequency in hertz, than someone who is depressed. Low vibe vs. high vibe.
Any activity that can temporarily change the body's frequency, like singing your favorite (upbeat, hopefully) song can change your frequency.
The body can only register one frequency at a time. So, if you watch a happy movie and laugh, temporarily, you change your frequency, feelings or mood...your hertz.
But how to keep it there?
And can, with intention, a person, alter their perceptions?
With sound, concentrated at the body, from powerful sub-sonic tones and audible, pleasant resonance, like singing bowls, scientific research (and ancient technology) has proven that a person CAN change their frequency.

Thought patterns, soft-coded behaviors, can be rooted in our very DNA and the methyl gases or epigenetic matter in the surrounding tissues. Sound has been used by science to alter and repair DNA and dissolve the methyl gases that create attracting forces, thought patterns, like anxiety, and can transform a person's world. Sound, scientists found, concentrated and directed at the human body, alters it's composition. Kidney stones can be dissolved with ultra sound. DNA can be repaired with concentrations of 528Hz directed at the DNA. Not from a city block away, mind you, but up close and personal.
Listening to healing music is wonderful, but toning or singing along is even more powerful, as your own body reaches out with the instrument of itself to join the choir. Plus, listening from across the room will raise your vibration slightly, but belting out a song will vibrate your tissues more powerfully and directly in a concentrated manner.
Lying in a relaxed state during sound therapy in semi-sleep, while sound waves are directed at the body by a practitioner has proven to alter tissues and ultimately effect a change, a shift.
